Let me go through the details to show you how I just fell in love with that small flashlight comparing other earlier one that was disappointing. Fenix Flashlight PD20 gave me a hope to deal with this brand in many other sets not only a flashlight as I believe in one concept: to be good means good in tiny detail.
To get into the point, one can tell Fenix Flashlight PD20 features in some simple words. First it has comes out with a high efficiency Cree XR- LED of about 50000 hours as a magnificent source of light, a maximum of 190 lumens, and a normal light twisting head. We are talking about a flashlight that contains four modes of lighting and can cover a forth area reaching 118 yards! An easy push button tail switch that gives a fast, easy usage is standing there in this awesome product. For Fenix Flashlight PD20 body size, one can tell it has fabulous dimensions compared with other versions of the same brand and even other brands; it’s only 3″ length! 1″ diameter! 2 ounces weight!! The most attracting feature is that its waterproof to IPX-8 standard. And you can have many continuous working hours using ONE 3V CR!23A lithium battery!! No thinking about AA batteries as they may be cheaper; it’s not like that when you discuss the continuous using hours and the quality of light.
Fenix Flashlight PD20 has four lighting levels as said; starting forward from low, medium, high and turbo. The low range lighting offer 9 lumens that goes for 35 hours. The medium one with 47 lumens and goes for 6.5 hours and the high level of lighting goes for 94 lumens and through 2.6 hours. The higher level of lighting is the turbo one which gives 190 lumens that lasts for 1 hour. It worth to tell that Fenix Flashlight PD20 has two strobes; traditional one and SOS one and that makes it multi usage tool as well.
That small Fenix flashlight is really tiny enough to be hold in small hands like mine, kidding, I mean you can depend on it if your kids are going to camp along with their friends and its weight make it very comfortable as it rarely noticed in a backpack. It’s powerful to the limit you won’t get it out of your hand bag; it really gives a wonderful amount of light and it’s affordable too. I’m as many others, like to be well armed to any sudden circumstances and my kids too.
One of my friends told me earlier about her experience with that flashlight and I couldn’t believe it. She seemed to be talking about another version or something. She kept telling that Fenix Flashlight PD20 is getting overheated many times when increasing usage hours. I guess she is overreacting as many others assured it’s safe enough even for kids!! So I just told her an advice: go and get it replaced.
And that was just perfect for her as she got another perfect one from the store as a replacement. And that’s what I meant earlier, when deal with a trusted brand you can always depend on their sets, and can always enjoy a nice support from their helpful stuff.
If you used earlier a product for Fenix Lights you’ll sure know what I’m talking about.
